Google Maps
This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use the Google Maps functions, we must save your IP address. This information is generally transfered to a Google server in the USA and saved there. This site provider has no influence on this data transfer.
We use Google Maps in order to provide an appealing presentation of our online services and to facilitate finding our locations listed on the website. This is a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 (f) of the GDPR.
You can find more information about how your user data is utilized in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/ policies/privacy/
If you do not want Google to collect information about your use of Google Maps, you can prevent the collection of this information by fully disabling the Google Maps service. To do this, you must disable JavaScript in your browser. Please note that you will then not be able to use Google Maps.
Google Web Fonts
This site uses web fonts provided by Google to display fonts in a uniform manner. When you access a site, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts.
To do this, your browser must connect to Google’s servers. Google thus learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. We use Google Web Fonts to provide a consistent and appealing presentation of our online services. This is a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 (f) of the GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used instead.
You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/ fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/ policies/privacy/
SSL encryption (*)
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transfer of sensitive content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser’s address bar changing from „http://“ to „https://“ and the lock icon in your browser bar. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.
Integration of services and third-party content (*)
We may include third-party content such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites in our online content. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as „third-party providers“) will note the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would be unable to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use such content only when the provider uses the IP address exclusively for the delivery of the content. However, we have no control over whether the third-party providers store IP addresses, e.g., for statistical purposes. If we become aware of this, we will inform users.
